Please read these terms carefully before using the DNTRA platform.
This is a legally binding agreement. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the DNTRA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
DNTRA is a global dental freelance marketplace that connects dental clinics with specialized dental professionals. The platform enables job posting, proposal submission, project management, and secure payment processing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You must be a dental professional or represent a licensed dental clinic or laboratory. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments and Commissions
DNTRA charges a commission on each completed transaction. Commission rates vary by subscription tier. Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways. All prices are in USD.
6. Escrow System
Job payments are held in a secure escrow account until work is completed. Funds are released after the clinic confirms receipt of work. In case of disputes, the DNTRA team will intervene for fair resolution.
7. Refund Policy
Completed jobs are non-refundable once approved. If work is not delivered or not completed as agreed, escrowed funds will be refunded within 3-7 business days. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
8. Intellectual Property
DNTRA retains all intellectual property rights to the platform. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content from the platform without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
DNTRA acts as an intermediary between clinics and professionals and is not responsible for the quality of completed work. The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from its use.
10. Modifications
DNTRA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notifications.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or competent courts.
